    Effective date: February 23, 2026
    Website: https://soundoflife.co/
Operating Entity: Trident Group Ukraine LLC, in support of the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States.

These Site Rules (“Rules”) govern access to and use of the website for the “Sound of Life” campaign. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Rules.

We ask you to read these terms with the same focus you would apply to the safety of your own family. If you do not agree with these Rules, you may refrain from using the Website—but we ask that you do not look away from the reality it presents.

    1. Purpose of the Website

The Website is provided not for commercial enterprise, but to deliver a reality check. It is designed to break the cycle of apathy regarding the war in Ukraine.

It presents the Sound of Life campaign’s mission, advocacy tools, and resources related to:

    • Transforming emotional awareness into sustained political pressure.
    • Advocating for immediate, life-saving protective aid, such as air and missile defense.
    • Directing support to verified humanitarian funds for Ukrainian children.

The Website does not constitute legal or investment advice. It is a humanitarian call to action.

    2. Intellectual Property & The Power of Amplification

All campaign content published on the Website—including the “Whistle in the Heart” logo , campaign videos, imagery of the whistle on the yellow and blue cord , and written narratives—is the exclusive property of Trident Group Ukraine LLC or is used under lawful license.

Unlike standard corporate websites, we actively encourage the distribution of our message. Because after the missiles, the greatest threat is silence.

    You may:

    • Copy, share, and reproduce campaign texts, videos, and images for the express purpose of civic advocacy and contacting your elected representatives.
    • Post the whistle and tell the story on your personal or professional social media channels to amplify the sound of life.

    You may not:

    • Use any campaign materials, logos, or the whistle symbol for commercial purposes, merchandise sales, or unauthorized financial gain.
    • Remove the core policy ask from the campaign; this is not about “performative activism,” it is about lobbying for protective systems.

    3. Acceptable Use & Civic Responsibility

Users agree to use the Website lawfully, responsibly, and with respect for the gravity of the conflict.

    You must not:

    • Use the Website or our associated hashtags (#SoundOfLife, #WhistleForUkraine) to transmit disinformation, war denialism, or defamatory content.
    • Exploit images of injured children; our campaign focuses on the preparation and the fragility of childhood, not gore.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, introduce automated scraping tools, or interfere with the functionality of our congressional contact tools.

    4. No Client Relationship Established

Use of this Website, participation in the “Backpack Challenge”, or the submission of forms to contact Congress does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship with Trident Group Ukraine LLC or the Embassy of Ukraine. You are engaging as an independent advocate for human survival.

    5. Accuracy and Updates

While Trident Group Ukraine LLC strives to ensure that the advocacy tools, congressional contact information, and campaign statistics (such as “The Whistle Count” ) are accurate and current, content may be updated or revised without notice as the legislative and humanitarian situation evolves.

    6. External Links

The Website includes direct links to third-party resources for informational and humanitarian purposes, specifically our verified children’s support foundations:

    • The Children of Heroes of Ukraine
    • Voices of Children
    • Razom for Ukraine

Trident Group Ukraine LLC does not process donations and does not control the independent platforms of these foundations. Accessing these third-party links and processing contributions is done at your own discretion, though they are thoroughly vetted partners in our shared mission.

Accessing third-party links is done at your own discretion.

    7. Confidentiality & Security Notice

The reality of childhood in Ukraine today involves parents placing body-recovery tools around the necks of six-year-olds. Any non-public materials, strategic briefings, or sensitive operational details referenced on the Website or provided to policymakers must be treated with the utmost security.

    8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trident Group Ukraine LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website, or technical interruptions that may prevent the delivery of an advocacy message.

    9. Governing Law

These Site Rules are governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

    • Relevant international legal standards regarding digital communications and humanitarian advocacy.
    • The applicable laws of Ukraine and the United States.
